well, it's a bit tricky to tell you guys, because it really depends on the photo. anyway, did you pay attention to the iso? it's always on 1600 to give that grainy/old look. that's about it for the camera.
the rest is done in photoshop, playing with curves/levels for contrast, correction/exageration of colours in hue/saturation and in the end a bit of sharpening (for even more grain) in smart sharpen.
